Other programs allow easy drop-ins, which forces the group to restart for newcomers. We don’t do that. Newcomers first watch the one-hour curriculum and pass a short quiz, so even as observers they fully understand the language, principles, and projects—without slowing the cohort. When you arrive, you’re prepared to follow along and appreciate the work in progress.
